I qualified as a Registered Veterinary Nurse in 2022 from Harper Adams University.

I originally joined Larkmead as a placement student in 2020, then returned to university to do my final year exams and write a dissertation then came back full-time in October 2022. My dissertation was on client understanding of fear-related aggression in dogs and how this can be managed.

My favourite part of nursing is supporting the vets with dental procedures, I find the clear change from start to finish really satisfying! In fact, I am just starting a certificate in small animal dentistry.

Outside of work, I have my own horse, and look after my older (very fussy!) cat.
